ROPUK After-Care is extensively involved in the due diligence process with regard to rental forecasts for all developments submitted to ROPUK After-Care. Projected income is based on current market conditions and then weighted accordingly for the years before completion.
ROPUK After-Care will continue to help and care for you after you take ownership!
Once a development is complete, ROPUK After-Care will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the property, and oversee the installation of the travel industry approved furniture pack. Initial contact will have already been made with all leading tour operators and contracts agreed subject to caveat.
