ROPUK After-Care provides the travel industry knowledge and experience to enable owners of ROPUK properties to maximise their rental income through a unique relationship with the travel trade.

ROPUK After-Care is extensively involved in the due diligence process with regard to rental forecasts for all developments submitted to ROPUK After-Care. Projected income is based on current market conditions and then weighted accordingly for the years before completion.

ROPUK After-Care has been formed with three key functions in mind; firstly, to liaise with the site management team to ensure the site is delivered to a high standard in readiness for the site to be used by owners and tenants; secondly, to align the rental management services for its property owners to the site management to give a professional feel to the development when used and finally, to create a service to assist clients to sell their property once completed if they need to in the future.
