Owners Occupancy Solutions

There are three ways in which an owner can market their property by using the ROPUK After-Care On-line owners portal:
ROPUK After-Care Marketing
  • ROPUK After-Care market contracted owners property through websites and web based travel companies.
  • All properties are pooled with the same type of property on that development and allocations are made on a strict rotational basis into owners property.
  • We manage all enquiries, bookings, and rental records for the properties.
  • All rental income generated by ROPUK After-Care is subject to 15% charge, therefore 85% of income, minus the cleaning charge is paid to the owner.
  • Payments are normally made on a quarterly basis by cheque or into the owners bank accounts.
Owner Marketing
  • ROPUK After-Care provide owners with the systems they need to market and rent out their own properties.
  • Owners can choose to market their property through different methods:
    • Owners based websites (such as holidaylettings or ownersdirect)
    • Friends and family
    • Newspapers and magazines
    • Build your own website
    • ROPUK After-Care provide this facility irrespective of whether the owner has charged his guest.
Travel Agent Marketing
  • Travel agent bookings are organised through the owner and the travel agent
  • The owner takes their property to a local travel agent and ask for them to market it
  • The travel agent uses ROPUK After-Care’s system to make the booking
  • There is a £15 booking charge when a travel agent uses the system to book guests into the owners apartment
  • ROPUK After-Care charge a fee to the travel agent to use our systems.
  • A travel agent can have a view of all their properties availability calendars which they market.
ROPUK After-Care do not manage any development to operate as a resort.
Our service is personal to an owner and the individual property.
