ROPUK After-Care is the property management division of the ROPUK Network; the property management service has been designed to start way before the property is ready for delivery and continues through to the eventual sale of the property at some point in the future.
The initial support comes when the property is about 3-months away from delivery to you and the quality of the construction, internal and external finishing is monitored through comprehensive checks by our own qualified chartered surveyor.
The quality control reports are passed to yourself and your solicitor to give comfort that the property is prepared to the highest standard for your own occupation, or to enable rental tenants to be allocated.
Once delivered through your own authority, or that of your solicitor, the property is adopted into the ROPUK After-Care property management system, after which you receive internet-based portal access, anywhere in the world, to manage your property. You work along with our UK-based office support and the resort based site management team where your property is located.
