The initial support commences when the property is under construction and, more importantly, 3 months prior to delivery (legal completion).
Our Property Preparation Service (PPS) comprises of three separate inspections carried out by, or under the supervision of, our own qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Occurs when the property construction is complete, the property is compared with the contract
documentation for the owner’s extras and a thorough inspection is carried out looking for any defects.
Follows the assembly and installation of the furniture and all of the soft furnishings . A full inventory check is also carried out at this stage and again compared with the contracted inventory.
Inspection 3:Follows the utility connections to ensure all appliances are operational, TVs and digital boxes are connected, tuned and plumbing installations are functioning correctly with no leaks or defects.
The quality control reports are passed to you and your solicitor to give comfort that the property is prepared to the highest standard and ready for occupation.
