Your rental options

OPTIONAL RENTAL AGREEMENT (not required for long-term tenancy)

Should an owner wish to offer their own property to be rented by ROPUK After-Care an agreement to rent is created. The property is then pooled with all other property of the same type on that development and as bookings are received the allocation is made on a strict rotational basis.

Our aim is to exceed your rental income expectations, using our contracts within the travel industry and close working relationships with no less than 6,500 high street travel agents. ROPUK After-Care arranges rentals through our affiliation with online accommodation provider’s, bookings.com, laterooms and Venere, a form of Expedia.

ROPUK After-Care rent properties through providers of holiday accommodation and through their affiliations with other letting agents.

ROPUK After-Care will manage all enquiries, bookings, availability charts and rental records for your property.

Once accepted, properties are entered into the company's rental administration system and owners are sent a password so they can log-in and view their property's individual booking calendar via the internet.

Should the property be rented under licence for a long-term tenancy; the owner must understand that the property will no longer be available for personal use and to let ROPUK After-Care know if this form of agreement is not suitable for them.

All rental income generated by ROPUK After-Care is subject to a 15% charge plus VAT, therefore 85% of income, minus the cleaning charge, will be distributed to the owner on a regular basis. Payments are normally made on a quarterly basis into your nominated bank account.
